I just watched it again. I know there's lot's of problems with it, but I enjoyed it again. It's fluff n but fun. 

But....is the Dracula the worst Dracula ever committed to film? So wishy washy. 

Oh and has anyone else noticed the resemblance between David Weyham and Donhuill Gleeson?

I want to like it. Monsters, Jackman, Beckinsale...but I just find it a bunch of CGI nonsense. And the score is awful.

But, Beckinsale. 

Started watching it last night having not seen it before but put it off as it just wasn’t creepy in the slightest. The Hammer Horror with Christopher Lee as Dracula I watched earlier I. The week was way, way more effective in giving me the chills!

not saying Van Helsing is bad, just I was in the mood for something sinister and this just didn’t do it for me. As a silly action film it’s fine though!
