I was wondering if anyone familiar with the region could answer me a quick question.
I'm heading to Asturias soon and was wondering if a 70m rope is required or will a 60m rope suffice for the vast majority of routes? I will be climbing low/mid grade sport routes - 5s and 6s.
You should be fine with a 60m rope, particularly on the 5's and 6's (although a 70 would be useful at many harder crags). You may find a few crags or routes are too big but I can't think of many that I have visited.
