Hey Will, if you're around Aber, try Gilwern hill, it's bolted, usually quiet, and you can put some ropes up. Wear helmets as the top is a bit loose.
There's a fair bit of climbing of the Wye valley, but I don't know enough about it to comment on it's suitability for top-roping. Maybe some bits of Symonds Yat might be ok.
