Holiday destination advice April for family

My wife and family want a 2 week holiday at Easter some where like Vietnam or similar in the world and it to have a beach and snorkelling. I would like to try and include some climbing. Will need to be able probably find belayer there and or just go bouldering ... any suggestions? Have looked and Vietnam and seems good, just not sure about weather at that time of year?
