I am looking at a week's hiking in Switzerland next month given lack of COVID restrictions. Can anyone recommend any good multi-day hikes (4-6 days) staying in different huts / villages / camping spots each evening?

We'll have somewhere between zero and one cars so either circular or with decent public transport to get back to the start would be ideal.

It's with my new girlfriend who is fairly active and who I'd like to inspire to do more of this sort of thing, so looking for maximum type 1 fun, no glaciers, ideally not all dorm rooms, etc,... grateful for your suggestions!

II can thoroughly recommend the Engadine  for variety and spectacular scenery. Try "Walks in the Engadine" by Kev Reynolds

You should never miss Engadine, it has a great view and scenery.

There’s also some wonderful walks/ hill walks in the Oberland - basing yourselves in Lauterbrunnen or Grindelwald - or around Arolla.

If you choose the Oberland don’t forget to do an off day taking the mountain train to look at Bern or Lucerne.
