Hi,

Anyone ever had experience leading expeditions abroad for example  https://www.outlookexpeditions.com/become-leader/about-expedition-leaders ?

Id like to ask people for advice working these jobs. One thing is what other work did you do between expeditions. obliviously you are away for a month at a time then back home

Mate of mine did it for a couple of years . Big responsibility for low pay, and big gaps between assignments. It didn't pay the mortgage or fund his pension contributions!

He's a Winter ML so was doing ML and WML work in between, where he could find it, but as with most outdoor jobs it's some thing you do for the love of it rather than as a full time paid career. Ideally you need a steady full time main job with long holidays, and treat the expedition leading as your "free"holidays.
