Does anyone have recommendations for travel insurance for a Stage 4 prostate cancer diagnosis for trekking and climbing in the Sinai Desert? My current travel insurance provider has declined to renew my policy following my recent diagnosis.

"All Clear" advertise madly on afternoon television, Moneysupermarket" have many suggestions, you may well find something suitable.

Your nearest Maggie's Centre (https://www.maggies.org) will be able to provide you with a list of all insurers which provide travel cover for people with a cancer diagnosis.
