Second vote for George in Greece. I had a pair of anasazi v2s done and they came back like new. Full re-rand (the whole thing, not a useless patch) and everything.

€35 (€27 for the sole, €8 for the re-rand) including return delivery from Greece. 

Communicated really well. Turn around time was about to weeks. I think it was £5/6 to send out there.

Just had a brilliant resole job done by Cheshire Shoe Repairs. A little Pricey (£42) but it includes return shipping and was brilliant quality. Not to mention he only took a couple days.
