Does Haglofs run small compared to other brands? I'm a medium in ME, Montane and Patagonia, yet large in Decathlon.

I've seen that.

I'm in-between a M and L in other brands, though M fits best. Was looking for a general consensus on how they fit?

I would say it is a little generous but correct sizing. I buy haglofs products in my normal street size, and it is roomy but not oversize. 

I am XL in ME, XXL in Montane and generally XL in Patagonia.

I've a couple of pairs of Haglofs trousers in XL and a hardshell in XXL, but I bought the hardshell to be roomy and would fit XL okay. I would say go with medium.

Decathlon seems to size quite small - at least that's what I tell myself when I need XL cycling shorts to go over my thighs and bum more than round the waist! I've had a few Haglöfs things down the year and medium has fitted me well - as it does with most other outdoor brands actually. I'd go for the size you are in ME/Montane/Patagonia etc 

I need to go up at least one size and often two in Decathlon. Very much racing-snake sizing.
