Hi.

One of my 5.10 VCR climbing shoes has a hole in the front that has gone through the actual material so I need a new pair.

I am happy to get another pair but the knew model as they gave them on sale in The Climbers Shop-Joe Brown's.

What do you recommend?

Just do what i do and buy the ones that look smart!!

In all seriousness is there anything wrong with the model you are already familiar with? I fell for the shoe hype and convinced myself there was something wrong with my scarpa velocitys and then bought some Otakis, which i then thought were to stiff and too small, so i bought some Genius shoes which are great for bouldering and sport but tosh for trad.

At the minute i just rotate through the three pairs, and will continue to do so until they are all nackered. At which point i will buy some sensible shoes, that fit, that suit the grades i climb at.

Like some Pinks.

Hi Denzel.

No there is nothing wrong with 5.10 Anasazi VCR so I'm sticking with the make and model.
