has anyone got this tent, if you do would you be so kind as to measure the front two poles as they are broken and in the bin. it will cost £100 to replace as it isn't covered by the warranty if you have no poles to show!!! cheers

Hi Greg,
Checked my westwind and the lenth of the poles are:
1. 267cm
2. 314cm
3. 179cm
Maybe someone else will check as I used a tape measure and I can't promise 100% accuracy. Hope this helps.

In reply to greg: mine is in getting warrenty repaired just now, 6 weeks it took , they send them to Belguim!!
should pick it up tommorrow , i will check then

In reply to greg: well got tent back from TNF missing my flysheet and repaired /replaced poles!!!!luckly i got some one elses flysheet that does fit my tent aaarghhhh!!!!

My Westwind short pole is in for repair just now, and I may be speaking prematurely here, but TNF's web site says that all 4-season tent poles are covered by their lifetime of the product guarantee, so they should get repaired for free provided that the tent has only seen reasonable use.

Of course, I expect to be charged anyway...
