Looks very good, can you let me know if it cover Tennis Elbow? I’ve had severe problems with tennis elbow for the last eight years and have tried so many rehabilitation exercises without any success.
It covers tendinopathy in general in some depth and golfer’s, but I have found tennis elbow requires such individualised treatment I didn’t put it in. Sorry!
