Also posting on this forum (in addition to Rocktalk) since this is relevant to hillwalkers in the Peaks.
Two vehicles were extensively 'keyed' yesterday evening while parked on the verge (well off the road and not in any way restricting any road or access) at the start of the walk-in to Dovestones Tor. The damage is estimated to be approximately £1600 to fix.
Earlier in the evening (and unknown at the time of parking) other climbers were subject to verbal abuse from the gamekeeper.
This matter has been reported to the Fitzwilliam Wentworth Estate and the Police.
