Will we get Mega cycles and Killer cycles back if we crash out?

There was endless comment in the 1960s when Hurts came in. That was the Europeans again with their moulded on plugs and ready fitted fuses, as if every schoolboy in Great Britain hadn't been taught to wire a Man's plug, even if some of them were Empire Made!

I don’t know but I’m looking forwards to returning to calling our electricity 240 V.  Look hard enough and even Brexit has a positive side!

Shorely you can't loose your cool when I looks sideway's at the comments on loosing control in the 60's?

Its fassinating to read the coments from the time on this and there were genuine protestations about us being forsed to buy electrics with molded plug's on the cabel

Anyway I like Megacycles they even get mentioned in Thunderball by Spectre

I'm laying in big stocks of germanium devices, sorry I think it should get a better name - Brittanium, so called because it has can form polarised junctions in a European context

under protest, they complained they were being forced to change the English Language at the time

I always wondered why radio wavelengths weren't given in yards and feet when we were still on our cycles and on imperial units.

People often still measure antennas in feet!  They radiate nice red white and blue wavelengths then.
