I can create panos with my pixel phone, DJI camera and DJI drone however I can not create panos with images taken with my mirrorless camera.

Is there a way to create and edit panos on a windows computer that DOES NOT use Adobe software?

There used to be a free Windows pano software but it’s no longer available, or more precisely I can not find it to download.

Microsoft Image Composition Editor? That may be the Windows software you're thinking of.

I still use that. I previous used Autostitch, I don't know if that's still available.

I use Autopano Giga (now free) for the easy stuff and Hugin/Panotools for the more challenging.

I am sure we've had this discussion in the past.

Hugin is very powerful but it has a pretty steep learning curve. I don't think usability was high up on the list of things that have been improved.

We did, and time marches on. I had hoped that new things had been developed. I still have not found a way to create panos that match Adobe. However I just wish that my DxO Photolabs could or would do this task.

Just watched a YouTube and this is perfect, especially as I have Afinity. 😀

I use Hugin, as said above it has a steep learning curve but it's unbelievably powerful.

Cool. Let us know how you get on.

I haven't used it in ages, I stitch panos in C1Pro at home and LR at work but I was happy with Affinity before C1 added stitching.
