Carmarthen cameras I've used in the past and had a decent second hand stock - not sure what they have in the way of Panasonic stuff. Unfortunately Walters photo in Merthyr seem to have closed down, which is a shame as they seemed like a good old school shop.
Touch wood, I've not had any issues with any of the lenses I've bought second hand.
It would seem that panny lenses hold their prices and are very close to retail prices. This is either because there aren't a lot of second hand panny lenses or people just don't buy Panasonic cameras.
