Climbed there a couple of times last week. No issues at all, the hotel looked pretty finished from the outside so doubt there would be much heavy work going on there at all.
Tip- you can drive down the track and park directly below the crag which will save at least 2 mins of the walk in!
Definitely go- it was my favorite crag of the ones we climbed at.
