Shoo goo - cheap, easy to get, space filling but not that strong.
Aquasure - similar but expensive, order online, very very effective.
I'm sure there are other specialist options. Be sure to stuff the shoe with socks and firmly wrap the repair in parcel tape or similar so it holds shape while setting.
Any impact adhesive. Fairly cheap and available in most DIY stores. Small tin will last years. Biggest difficulty is keeping both surfaces firmly together until the glue cures.
