Hi All,

didn’t know which forum to put this in so I hope I picked the right one.

has any one else had this issue, I have just noticed that I am getting charged £5 twice a month either on the same day or very close together. This has been happening since last September.

am I missing something here obvious here or does anyone have an idea on who to contact regarding this as he contact us page deals with mainly website enquiries not account / payment ones.

Sorry about that.

This has happened to a few users. We've got a bit of an overhaul of our payment systems going out today, included in this is a fix for the issue so it shouldn't happen in the first place.

I'll get your account sorted out and refunded along with some subscription credit as a small apology.
