Logbook comments being deleted, climbs duplicated

Aggravatingly, almost all of the comments I wrote for the climbs I've done over the past week were deleted, while some of the simple logbook entries have been duplicated. It seems to have happened after I tried to look at my logbook on the Rockfax app, having initially done the comments this morning on my computer. Is there any way to reverse this???

Hi Alex,

Did you log anything via the app or did you just inspect your logbook?

Can you do me a favour. Can you go to Settings -> Help and Support -> Email Us and just send us through a quick email. You don't need to put anything in the email, it just contains a log file that we can inspect and that might help us get to the bottom of any potential issue.

Hi Martin, just sent the email. I initially logged each climb without comments on the app day by day, and then this morning I added the comments on my computer. Then when I went into the logbook on the app, the comments had disappeared, and my latest climb (Pegasus) was duplicated — I think that was actually the only one duplicated.
