Hi Joffry, I've just spoken to Martin. There's currently not a way to do this in the Android app - we'll get it added.
It's already in the iOS version. You press and hold the route cell to bring up a context menu. It will be the same mechanism in the Android app when it's added.
Long-press menus are less than ideal from a discoverability point of view of course (Martin didn't even know about this one!), but we're a bit short of space in the route cells for stuff like this.

Whilst we're on the subject - there's a long-press menu on the topos too. This one lets you mess with the display of the topo overlay.
