Rockfax app - where’s everything gone!?

Having paid my monthly subscription for well over a year, I’d built up quite a few crags in the app both at home and abroad. Just been to check a few routes and they’ve all disappeared with the note that they’re only available to subscribers…🤷🏼‍♂️
