So the key elements of the improve-your-dynoing plan seem to be:
1. Develop a fluid crouch-and-lunge technique - possible
2. Make arms bigger in relation to your body - maybe
3. Reduce body mass to 6kg - step away from the cakes, fat boy
4. Get a LOT hairer - let's not go there
I used to get so stressed about dynoing on redpoints (in case I fluffed things) that I banned myself from looking at the destination hold until I was in flight. Seemed to work better. Too late then to worry...
