Does anybody know anything about the removal of 4 lower offs at ubley warren rakes?

Have they removed those strange stick on lumps of rock?
Going by the topo on here it's just the lower offs in the pit area. The bolts in the trench are still there oddly. I don't know about stick on lumps of rock.
