She did indeed Myfyr Tomos. She sends her best and enjoyed the Rhinogydd as ever - and in nice weather.

Champ - first female and first ever solo (sup) of a continuous crossing of the Dragon’s Back Race route in Wales that follows the spine of mountains from Conwy Castle to Cardiff Castle. 380km 16000m of ascent in 102hrs
