Is anyone from on here doing this run on Remembrance Day, if so me and friend doing and planning to plod around in 1-1hr10 and happy to gasbag on the way lol
I am, it’s my favourite 10k race as I’ve PB’d it every time I’ve ran it.
The plan is to stick with the 40 min pacer for as long as I can hold on and come in under my current PB
