I trust your posting style isn't indicative of the way you tie in/place and attach to anchors/belay. Here's a suggestion: slow yourself down, and read through what you've written before hitting POST - just like you'd (hopefully) double check knots, etc., before climbing.
I'm guessing you're doing some kind of charity top rope type climb at Castle Inn this weekend? The one thing I would say is to stay calm. You don't want to be hyper when climbing - remember to breathe and enjoy it Good luck.
Oh, and take something water proof. The forecast doesn't look great.
