I could be off to Yorkshire grit at the weekend, but I'm wondering how green it is. A lot of crags seem greener than usual. Which crags aren't green at the moment?

Not too sure about the beloved Yorkshire Grit at present, but whilst walking, we stopped for lunch at the Wainstones last Sunday.

I was amazed how green it was!

Almscliff will be OK.

But if all else fails you'll get some good exercise at West Vale

It was also pissing down last weekend. I wonder if the two observations might be related.

Why are people obsessed by Green rock, a lot of rock never gets green and that includes Brimham.

Thank goodness for micro climates which keeps Guisecliff in prime form no mater on the weather conditions, good job its not in the Peak otherwise I might have to que for routes.
Shame we can't rotate the crag 180 degress but then the T-rex's might die out?
