Nikon D50 - price

I am going to buy a Nikon D50 from a mate - about a year old and complete with the following:

Lens Nikon 18-55mm
2 x battery
1 x 1GB SD card

Neither of us are sure what is a fair price. It's im good nick - what's a fair price/the going rate?

My local camera shop had some new ones for £250 (dunno if they still do) but obviously you dont get any memory with that. £200 maybe?

they're £300 new with a 2gb memory card on ebay if thats a help
