Was hoping to go there in a couple of weeks time, can anyone advise on getting access to the barn at the lodge.

Is the roof on it?
Is it just pitch up?

Just pitch up. Just a bothy at this time of year, with good roof but no facilities.

Was there 3 weeks ago. Roof sound, but it's not very comfy in there, as far as bothies go. In nice weather, a tent would be better, but when it's pishing down, (as it was when I was there), it's what you want.

When are you going? I am going with a party on the last weekend of next month again, by kayak this time, instead of the very long walk-in......
