Depends if you like/support Rockfax. Personally I've always used BMC guides or the 100 Classic Climbs series. On Peak Rock describes the classic routes on PB.
If you can find a copy (usually for about 7 quid) then the two-book Chee edition of the BMC's Peak Limestone series.
Graeme Jackson's 100 Classic Climbs on Peak Limestone describes The Plum and maybe The Stalk.
