Well I liked the article! And it's quite useful to have options for knee bar pads pointed out - hadn't realised anyone was making specialised knee bar pads £36 isn't bad, to be honest...

Anything that involves not using the arms is good, as far as I'm concerned - it saves me having to get stronger

Not greatly articulated, but we get the message, knee bars are useful, well, hello. I use this pad, which is cheaper
