In reply to rich in wales: yep, both the bomber jacket short style and the parka style. Excellent, both.
Snugpak sleeka are traditional jkts for military.

Yes, my wife has one. She's got quite a bit of Keela stuff and only bought her Belay Jacket on account of the specs/ price, which as you say is very good in comparison to the competition. She's extremely pleased and it has stood up well to a lot of abuse. (Btw, my wife doesn't particularly look after things - her philosophy seems to be that misuse of equipment will result in serious fun.)

Highly recommended if you're thinking of getting one.

In reply to rich in wales: Don't know about the belay jacket but my Keela Cumulus is the mutt's nuts, nothing Scottish winter has thrown at me yet has beaten it, I think the design/features are really good, wouldn't part with it..........

Thanks for the feedback guys. My router's been out of action, so apologies for the delay in replying. Looks like I might just have to get one then!

I get Keela traide so its all cheap, iv used a belay jkt in the army there very good for the price dont know the RRP but better than a softie for the price. iv used a buffolo before and there hard to beat, but for the money it has to be the belay jkt all day

Probably too late, but i have a Keela Belay Jacket, £22 in their annual sale (came with a tiny cosmetic flaw that no-one would notice). Its excellent for use in the cold, and this week i've been using it alot. Unlike down it will work when its wet, but it sheds light rain anyhow.

I'm pretty much kitted out in Keela nowadays, great prices for equipment easily as good as top brands.
