Its hard to describe, but imagine flapping your arms like a penguin. That small move of my arm makes an uncomfortable click in my right shoulder everytime without fail.
Should i be concerned or do what i normally do and keep climbing until it goes away?
In reply to Tommyads: ID say nothing to realy worry about,iv had this in both shoulders and right knee,went to see physio and he said as long as its not painfull.
