Has anyone got any info(costs etc) and/or contacts for hiring a porter/guide in the High Atlas?

We've just got back from the high atlas, it was fantastic. We used the cicerone guide book, and there were plenty of people offering mules and guides where we started our trek in imlil. It seemed to be around 100-150 dirhams a day for a mule and 300 ish for a guide, but it depends on what your plans are too as the muleteers also cooked for those who hired them.
