OS mapping apps, Windows Phone

Does anyone know of any OS mapping apps for windows phones that do not require connection to the internet. Before anyone says "get an iphone/android phone" its not for me and the person in question got this phone cheap and won't change. Looking for something on lines of memory map or viewranger

Sorry, all of then require a 3G or WiFi connection. That being said, OS grid refs is an excellent app that provides a grid reference and ordnance mapping at 1:25k scale.

Outdoors GB is great i got 1:50,000 mapping fee for british national parks, but not sure if they do windows?

It's not compatible with Windows Phone.

Anquet OMN works on PC, android and iphone, so may well work on windows phone. Won't be cheap though.
