Just been looking at tide times for Pembroke this weekend and noting that low tide is quite early in the morning, possibly requiring an alpine/winter start time.

Does anyone know how long either side of Low Tide Carreg-y-Barcud is accesible?

With tidal venues perhaps only accessible in the mornings does this likely mean any non-tidal venue will be chocka this bank holiday weekend?

In reply to RFWilkie:

Barcud has a non-tidal ledge (it may get wet with very big tides, but I've never seen that) under parts of the main wall (kitten claws and beyond the azimuth area). From what I remember the sinecure area is accessible for a couple of hours either side of high tide. Ethos area is (I think) accessed from a non tidal ledge. All areas are easy to abseil into. If you're happy downclimbing then there are some easy routes on the rhs that can be used to access the main wall.
