Newbie(ish) looking for local clubs - Yorkshire

Hello

I'm new to climbing and I'm looking for a club/s in the Leeds/Bradford area, need to get to know the area and the grags and ideally, find someone who I can climb with regularly (Trad, single pitch)

I'm aiming to be a confident leading up to and over Severe, I can now, but need to be a lot more slick at it.

In reply to Mark Cutter: Hi mate yorkclimbers is a decent club plenty of leeds lads in it,or you could try leeds uni.Then theres leeds climbing wall to hook up with a climbing partner.

Try Yorkshire Climbers. It's an informal group of relatively low grade (ie sub-HVS) climbers and outdoor enthusiasts. Dead friendly and unintimidating.

You can sign up online for free and immediately join group events, which range from Thursday night at the Leeds Wall (or outside on summer evenings) to Sundays outdoors, to weekends away.
