car booster seats on ryan air?

anybody taken car booster seats onto ryanair flights to be used at the other side? any problems?

Don't know i'm afraid, but i did see kids at the airport with a Trunki backpack with all their kit in which could be used as a booster seat.

Quite a nice idea I thought.

We've always put them in our hold bags. Paying for a hold bag is an awful lot cheaper than hiring them for a week at the other end!

2 items of baby equipment are carried free of charge per child - 1 pushchair plus one of the following items: car seat or booster seat or travelcot. On arrival at the airport the 2 free items of baby equipment can be tagged for travel at a Bag Drop Desk, which close 40 minutes before the scheduled flight departure time
