ME Karakorum Question

I'm a little confused about Me's Karakorum trousers - the sizing seems way off - are they meant as an over trouser? the waist on the smallest size (30 apparently) is huge whereas normal ME softshell trousers also labeled 30 fit fine.

Not an over trouser but I've never been able to get a pair that fit....always seem ok if you have very long legs and mine are short!!

I used to have a pair and used them as an over trousers, wouldn't like to wear that material next to the skin.

They were too baggy though.

They are sized as an over trousers - i'm a 30" waist and unfortunately went with the medium to account for them fitting over my other clothes. I was wrong! Go small and they should fit just fine.

I just wear them over a base layer without problems but then I normally have a hard time finding for example jeans to fit my hips and thighs. Maybe not the best trousers for the skinny jeans population. I've got the large, only 34 waste but am tall.
