Best Climbing Experience
Various first ascents in the Karakoram.
Many superb winter days in Scotland. Perfect conditions on Orion Face, perfect weather on NE Buttress, savage winds on Savage Slit, getting wedged on the second pitch of Crypt route, and soling Tower Ridge are just a few of such memories.
Chalk climbing adventures at Dover. First outing I crashed the car on the way home, coast guards appeared on another outing, got appendicitis a matter of hours after finishing one route. Always pretty epic!
More recent adventures in Norway. Kongsvollfossen in Oppdal was pretty special, Hydalsfossen was a beautiful climb, Mot Sola and Den Hvite Stripa some of the best trad rock multipitch routes that I have climbed anywhere.
