I'm heading up to Scotland next weekend and will be based around the Nevis range. With what looks to be a nice blocking high pressure building the weather looks good but the temps look higher. These will probably drop at night so will the main gullies be climbable in the warmer temps ? Or shall I stick to ridges ? I know it's a long way off but given that point 5 has been climbed late into the year I was wondering if they are still climbable even if it's not freezing ?

When it warms up, head high. Ice hangs on longer than anything else, and if there's enough of it to start with, can often actually be improved by a bit of sun. It's more fun cramponing up Tower Gully when your points go straight in than having to kick carefully into something glass-hard.
