They seem ok, so if you can get a good deal buy 'em.
That said, they might be hard to come by, in which case other options exist as well. My choice has been Austria Alpin SkySteep, that is modular (like the Lynx) so you can set 'em up newmatic style or with a front bail. Grivel also now sells a frontbail that turns any of their bindings to newmatics (and I'm quite sure you can make the bail work with other brands as well).
But just remember that these kinds of crampons are not really the best ones to walk... So if you plan on doing a lot of walkin' and easier climbing, perhaps get a lighter pair a'la Grivel AirTech for the GF.
