Hi,

I think I have ulnar nerve entrapment (elbow problem), and am looking for a good physiotherapist near Kendal that has a particular interest in Climbers.

Any suggestions?

Cheers

The Body Rehab team in Staveley are the go to people for all sports injuries in this neck of the woods.

Think you might struggle to find anyone who specialises in climbers necessarily, but these guys treat plenty of them:

Obviously, there are other physio's who may be as good, but I would personally recommend Graham and his team.

Best of luck.

He's not a physio but I'd recommend Steve Irwin in Windermere.

In reply to plyometrics:

Body rehab is the place to go, they are sport therapists specialising in diagnosing and treating sport injuries.

In reply to doctorcurly: The one opposite McDonald's is really good, a couple of the practitoners are climbers themselves I think.
In reply to doctorcurly:

I have used both Body Rehab and Steve Irwin.

I can recommend them both.

I can thoroughly recommend Ian Cole, who I believe is working out of the Judo Centre on Parkside Road these days. He's a climber himself and he kept me mobile for a number of years.

Awesome, didn't realise Steve was still doing stuff, used to go to him years ago when he worked out of the marina at Bowness.

I will also second Kendal Sports Physio, Richard in particular.
