Which online forecasts do you find most accurate for Europe? Specifically the Pryenees. MeteoFrance, YR.NO and Accuweather are very broadly similar although all seem to give substantially different forecasts on any given day.

For the Pyrénées, no arguments, Meteo France.

Detailed forecasts, avalanche risks and automatic weather-stations covering a good portion of the range : temperature, wind and depth of snow.

Accuweather gives you forecasts 3 months in advance, that tells me everything I need to know about their reliability!

MeteoFrance and YR.NO are much more reliable. I check often meteoexploration, which is focussed on mountain weather and snow: http://www.meteoexploration.com/forecasts/Vignemale/?lang=en

I use XC weather, but don't know how reliable it is for those areas. It's reasonably good for where I live (Guernsey)
