Anyone have recommendations for the best climbing shoe store in central(ish) London; ideally one that carries La Sportiva, 5.10 and evolv ranges?

Try round Covent Garden - several stores

Rock on at Mile End climbing wall is probably about as best a selection as you can get. 10 mins walk from the tube.

Urban Rock at Westway would be my first port of call, followed by the shops around Covent Garden.

Covent Garden shops carry tiny ranges and nothing specialist. Good places if you want to drop £400 on an anorak though.

I can't remember exactly what Rock On stock but it's a good range. 10 minutes from Mile End tube as your man above said

Urban Rock is good for Sportiva and has a few Scarpa models. 5.10 vcr only and doesn't stock evolv. Not central.

Cold mountain kit has a good selection of 5.10 models including the new Whites. Also a good selection of Sportiva and Scarpa. They stock a couple of evolv shoes, and Tenaya and Boldrini models. 10 minutes from Tower Bridge.

It's been a couple of years since I've been there, but I found Snow and Rock in Covent Garden the only one worth visiting for a wide range of rock shoes. There are plenty of outdoor shops, but they don't stock much in the way of rock shoes.
If you can travel out a bit, then I'd rather shop at Cold Mountain or Rock On as mentioned above.

+1 for making the trip to Rock On @ Mile End; worth it for the selection but made by the service

Thanks all, I'll give Rock On a go first
