Rockfax App crashing on my Iphone

The Rockfax app is also crashing on my Iphone, which unlike my Ipad is fairly new and up to date.
Not used the app for about a year, so not sure if this is a new problem

OK the app is now working, but my attempts to connect it to UKC haven't been successful. Tried both my username and my email address - the former was hanging for a minute before I gave up, the latter says "An unknown error uccurred"

Yes it does say "uccurred" and not "occurred" which may help you track down where the error is coming from !

I always was rubbish at spelling. Can you try getting the error message to show again, then send a support request immediately from within the app so I can check the log file please?

Just done it now

8.41 - log in with email address - get the uccured error
8.42 - log in as Chris the tall - app hangs in a connecting state

Email sent (with log)

i also having trouble of App Crash
issue my iPhone - but i tried given steps and easily get rid of on issue.
- updates in iOS and Apps
- Relaunch & Force Quit app
- Restart or Reboot , iPhone or iPad
