Slow traffic, other, all lanes have been re-opened.
Slow traffic due to earlier police incident on A55 Both ways between J27 The Roe and J24 A547 Rhuddlan Road. A wider closure was in effect to suit a diversion with the earlier police incident at J25. All restrictions were lifted at around 17:05. All lanes have been re-opened.
