Try:

https://www.mountain-forecast.com

Haven't used it for the Dolomites but used it quite a lot further north and seemed reliable.

The Arpav forecast is OK. But being brutally honest it is very very localised weather. The main rule is to always try to start early as you can and try to be done by early afternoon and on the way to a hut, especially from mid July through to the end of August. If the valley is approaching 25 degrees by 10am you can almost guarantee that it will rain and storm in the afternoon for maybe 1-2 hours. Best thing is to be sat in a hut drinking a well earned Weizen beer...

The "official" Italian met service forecast is here: http://www.meteo.it/meteo/trentino-alto-adige/
Links to individual mountain location forecasts are at the bottom of the page.

This one for Dolomites

This one further west and north

This one for still further northwest (nearer Brennero and Val Venosta)

ARPA met office is based in Arabba, right in the middle of the Dolomites. If there are fronts moving around then their forecasts are pretty accurate e.g. in winter.
In summer, it's often much more difficult for them to get it right as very often they're trying to forecast thunderstorms caused by instability and they're just dealing with probabilities as a percentage. Generally, if they're forecasting anything more than about 30% probability of summer thunderstorms then I don't climb mountain routes as I've been caught out too often in the past...
