Hi there,

I've been looking for a new proper waterproof jacket for mountaineering and hiking. I came about a Mountain Equipment Janak jacket and a Mountain Equipment Rupal jacket which both felt great and looking fairly similar, however their price difference is quite large.

Can anyone help me understand the difference between them and what that means in practice?

Yes, that seams to be different, but would you say the 80D to 75D is a big difference as well in the fabric?
